Half Hog:
The animal will be processed by the butcher of your choosing. You will pay us for the animal and the butcher for their services prior to picking up your meat . You will also need to call the butcher after your animal is delivered to them to give them cutting
instructions.
The price for a half pig is $4.00/lb based on the hanging weight after slaughter. This will be around apprx. 90 lbs
So the pig cost is apprx. $360.00. Example of total costs before processing: 90lbs x $4.00/lb=$360.00
You pay your butcher separately for his services when you pick up your meat.
