Good To Know:

Berkshire Pork is also called Kurobuta. Some think of it as the Kobe of Pork.

They are a heritage breed.

The meat is marbled giving us that seriously delicious, juicy flavor.

Berkshire Pork is in served at high end restaurants and gourmet markets.

How We Raise Them: They are able to roam many acres where they can root and live a natural life.  They eat organic almonds and forage our pastures.  Life is fairly stress free for them.  Our pigs have as much access to pasture as they want.  They love rooting and are often seeing playing in the field.

We do not give our pigs hormones or any unneeded drugs or chemicals.

The customer reviews are coming in and it's all good!
